Our classic Nantucket-style home is just steps from Carillon’s private beach, community pool, tennis courts, playground, and restaurants. Whether it's relaxation, adventure, or quality time together, Stella Maris at Carillon is the ideal retreat to create unforgettable family memories.
Our Amenities.
The home features high ceilings, upscale finishes, and is situated just steps from the beach and a heated community swimming pool and park area with tennis courts and children's play area. It boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, a bunk room plus a third floor tower with 2 additional Twin beds.
The guest bedroom on the main floor has a Queen bed with a full attached private bath. The Master Suite on the second level includes a King bed, TV, a private deck and a jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The upstairs guest bedrooms-- one King and one Queen-- share a full bath with 2 sinks and a tub/shower. The second floor also has a bunk room with built-in bunks and a TV. The tower room on the third floor offers two additional built-in twin beds as well as a TV and a balcony with a view of the ocean! The second floor also has a laundry room equipped with a Speed Queen washer/dryer. Additional living space to the rear includes a spacious back deck with grill, an outside shower, and a fire pit with seating. The home is equipped with high speed internet/WiFi.
Carillon Beach Walkover #1, just 150 steps from the home, is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31).
